Ceramic coating coverage

Coating failure causing loss of bond, delamination, loss of gloss or loss of chemical resistance is covered for two or five years from application, according to your selected coating.

Keep your coverage

We submit your coating registration within 30 days. Hand-wash every two to three weeks with pH-neutral soap; no automatic or brush washes, wax, polish or abrasives.

Complete an annual maintenance inspection within 30 days of each application anniversary. A missed inspection reverts coverage to the one-year base term measured from application; it does not start a new year.

Not covered

Scratches, swirls, chips, scuffs, paint transfer, water-spot etching, bird-dropping or sap damage left on the surface, clear-coat failure or factory defects, collision, vandalism, hail, rust, overspray, work by other shops, commercial use and normal fading of water beading are not covered.

Panels that have been resprayed or worked on by another shop after our application are excluded; the rest of the vehicle stays covered.

Remedy and claims

Re-application to affected panels is the exclusive remedy; where re-application is not possible, a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of the warranty term applies.

Each panel carries one claim for the life of the warranty.

Make a claim within 30 days of noticing the issue, with photos, and allow an inspection. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Transfer

Coverage transfers once to a new owner when at least 12 months remain on the term, using the transfer form on your membership page. The annual-inspection requirement carries over.
