We collect your name, phone, email, service address, vehicle information and vehicle photos. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers. Online payment processing is not active until connected.

How we use it

We use your information to arrange and perform services, confirm bookings, send reminders and updates, document work, manage memberships and respond to questions or claims. Promotional texts require a separate opt-in.

Who we share with

We share necessary information with Stripe, email and SMS providers, analytics providers, our insurer if a claim is made, and the technician performing your service.

We don’t sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We retain service records and personal information for three years, unless a legal requirement or unresolved claim requires longer retention.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails, reply STOP to opt out of texts, or email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations.

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13. If a child’s information was provided, contact us so we can remove it.
